Muszę się dziś pochwalić że chyba doszedłem do perfekcyjności robienia tofucznicy.
Tak nam smakowała że na luzie pozbywam się jajek z diety! :)
Jakby ktoś walczył, to moim zdaniem kluczem są dwie rzeczy (poza zestawem standardowym):
Powoli smazona cebulka w oliwie oraz mleko owsiane.
Reszta standard, czyli:
- platki drozdzowe
- sól kala namak
- tofu (zwykle naturalne)
- kurkuma
Bazowałem na przepisie z:

Zdjęcie telarze z toficznicą z na niej w kawalkach pomidory i jeszcze posypane szczypiorkiem. Z lewej strony talerza lezy widelec, a u gory dwie kanapki posmarowane masłem

Tofucznica – Veganbanda
Tofucznica - wegański odpowiednik jajecznicy. Klasyk śniadaniowy. Poniżej w wersji klasycznej.

Follow-up #CSS alignment tip: use `place-items` and `place-content` properties (and `place-self` on separate items). Even if you won't remember the difference between `-items` and `-content` (which should be easier to grasp compared to `align-` and `justify-`), it is much faster to try just two properties rather than four. And then if you'd notice an undesired effect, you'd only need to then try `align-` or `justify-` if you'd need it to work only over one axis.
